Renée specialises in adult mental health. She is trained in several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). She uses a relational perspective in her work, and provides evidence-based psychological techniques to treat:

   Anxiety

   Stress

   Burnout

   Depression
   Sleep issues

   Trauma

   Infertility

   Emotion dysregulation

   Adjustment to a new life stage

   Work-related issues

   Low self-esteem and self-worth

   Suicidal thinking and behaviour

   Unexpected family relationship difficulties

Renée also particularly enjoys working with those who have recently received a       

chronic health diagnosis, people who work in high pressure or executive roles, and    people who are either training or working in healthcare.  

Renée provides in-person and telehealth services (via zoom or telephone) to adults residing in Australia. Medicare rebates can apply.
